Yes. Ten of the 37 providers in our index let you use uncensored models without an account: NanoGPT, PayPerQ, Unfil, Unjailed AI, NoTrack, Perchance, AI Horde, Agnai, RedModel and Dolphin. Six are free to use with no signup, and NanoGPT and PayPerQ take prepaid balances from $0.10 in crypto. “No account” doesn’t mean nothing is logged, though, and with no email on file you may have no way back in: AI Horde and Unjailed both say lost keys or credentials can’t normally be recovered.
Details below are as of October 2026, from each provider’s published pages.
What “no account” means at each provider
| Provider | Privacy | What you get without an account | What’s still kept, per its policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| NanoGPT | 35 | Full chat and API, pay-as-you-go from $0.10 in crypto or $1 by card | No prompt content during normal inference; chats stored in your browser. Upstream hosts’ retention still applies |
| PayPerQ | 45 | Chat and API; Lightning top-ups from $0.10, or pay per request over Lightning | User agent and token counts under a random ID. Zero retention is automatic in the web app, opt-in per API request |
| Unfil.ai | 50 | API only, no email required | Prompts not stored; usage logs including IP kept 30 days |
| Unjailed AI | 40 | API and CLI, no name or email; pay-as-you-go from $5 in crypto | API and CLI bodies not stored; web chat messages expire 24 hours after creation |
| NoTrack | 30 | Free web chat; prepaid API from $5 | Policy says chat messages kept 30 days, with IP and country logged |
| Perchance | 28 | Free, ad-supported web chat, no API | Not stored server-side; chats live in your browser |
| AI Horde | 28 | Free access to a volunteer network | Volunteer workers can technically see prompts |
| Agnai | 18 | Free guest models | Collects content, logs and device data; may use it for research |
| RedModel | 18 | A few free web chat messages; the API needs an account | Content sent to third-party model providers; may be kept as long as useful and used for training |
| Dolphin | unscored | Free web chat with no login | No privacy policy found |
A few of these still ask you for something. NoTrack’s API page creates a key from “a nickname and a password” and shows the key once. AI Horde’s registration page creates an anonymous account with a random API key if you submit a username without signing in. Unjailed asks for a password but no name or email.
FreedomGPT also allows basic free use without an account, but its privacy policy says it collects prompts and tells users there is “no expectation of privacy”. It scores 3.
The trade-offs
Your balance or key may not be recoverable. Without an email address, there’s usually nothing to reset a password against:
- AI Horde’s registration page says that if you lose an anonymous API key, “it cannot be recovered”, and any kudos on it are lost.
- Unjailed’s FAQ says “we cannot normally recover lost credentials.”
- NanoGPT’s privacy page says a session cookie is used “to retrieve your balance”. To restore it on another device, you generate a revocable sign-in token in Settings.
- PayPerQ’s privacy policy says it uses “a cookie to manage your balance if you do not create an account.”
Neither NanoGPT nor PayPerQ says what happens to a balance if you clear your cookies. Save any key or token they give you, and keep anonymous balances small.
No account isn’t the same as no logs. Unfil keeps IP addresses in usage logs for 30 days. NoTrack’s policy logs IP and country, and its own pages disagree on whether chats are kept. PayPerQ records your user agent per query. NanoGPT doesn’t log prompt content, but its privacy page says upstream providers’ retention policies still apply, and it doesn’t say which host serves which model.
You often don’t know who’s running it. NanoGPT, PayPerQ, Unfil, Unjailed, Perchance and Agnai don’t name a legal entity. NoTrack names an operator, SEMALT LLC, but no jurisdiction. Dolphin is run by the Dolphin Foundation in the Cayman Islands. A no-logging promise from an operator you can’t identify is hard to enforce.
Browser storage is fragile. Perchance, NanoGPT and PayPerQ keep chat history in your browser. That keeps it off their servers, but clearing your browser data deletes it.
Which to pick
- Most private on paper: Unfil (privacy 50). It has a clear no-storage, no-training policy, but the operator isn’t named and its legal pages still contain template text.
- Most models: NanoGPT, with 139 uncensored models and a $0.10 minimum crypto top-up (PayPerQ matches that minimum over Lightning).
- Free and casual: Perchance or AI Horde. Treat AI Horde like a public forum, as its own FAQ advises.
