BILLINGFree research preview with no pricing page (/pricing returns 404). The terms say "fees (if any are introduced) are non-refundable". Chat without an account is limited to "a small number of messages". The API is OpenAI-compatible (/v1/chat/completions and /v1/models) with model id "redmodel"; it needs an account and allows up to 10 keys and 60 requests a minute per key ("in this prototype"). The developer page no longer says responses are simulated (checked 2026-10-26), but its quickstart still shows base_url http://localhost:3000/v1.

PRIVACYPrompts and outputs go to third-party model providers. RedModel and those providers may keep copies as long as they find useful, even after you delete chats from your browser, and RedModel may train and fine-tune models on them. Chat history is also saved in your browser. Policy ↗

[ 04 ] Notes & sources

A free research preview for authorized security testing only. The terms require you to own the systems you test or have written permission, and to keep records of that permission. It doesn't say which base model RedV1 is built on, or how it was uncensored. Prompts go to unnamed third-party inference providers, the terms (2026-10-09) give RedModel a perpetual license to keep and train on everything you send, and no legal entity is named. Accounts take a username and email with no email verification, and password reset isn't available yet.
