Unjailed AI review: uncensored GLM and DeepSeek, pricing, and privacy

5 uncensored and abliterated GLM-5.3 and DeepSeek models from $0.13 per million input tokens, no-email signup, and Monero accepted. The catch: an unnamed operator and undisclosed model origins.

Unjailed AI markets “uncensored models, no filters, no logs”. It sells abliterated and uncensored variants of GLM-5.3 and DeepSeek through a web chat, an OpenAI-compatible API, and its own command-line tool. Signup needs no email and you can pay in Monero. We list 5 uncensored models. It also sells renamed frontier models, which we don’t list.

This review is based on Unjailed AI’s published pricing, model list, and policies, checked on October 11–12, 2026. Benchmark results from our own runs will be added when they’re complete. Live numbers are on the Unjailed AI provider page.

The short version

Watch out for The operator isn’t named, and three of the five models don’t say how they were uncensored

Models

All five are built on two model families:

  • glm-5.3-flash-uncensored ($0.13 / $0.65), 128K context, the cheapest.
  • glm-5.3-flash-abliterated ($0.55 / $2.20), 128K context.
  • deepseek-v4-pro-uncensored ($0.60 / $2.25), 256K context.
  • glm-5.3-uncensored ($0.90 / $3.60), 1M context.
  • glm-5.3-abliterated ($1.60 / $6.40), 1M context.

The two “abliterated” models say how they were made. The three “uncensored” ones don’t, so we mark them “Unverified” until we test them. Unjailed doesn’t publish weights or say where the models came from. GLM-5.3 abliterated and uncensored variants also appear at Abliteration.ai, NanoGPT and Venice; we don’t know whether they share a common origin.

Where they work: the uncensored and abliterated models run in the Unjailed CLI and in OpenAI-compatible API clients. The web chat only offers standard models. (On October 11 the site said these models were CLI-only. By October 12 its docs and FAQ said API clients work too.)

Unjailed also sells 20 renamed frontier models at prices far below their list prices, and doesn’t explain where they come from. We don’t include them in our index. Search the five uncensored models on the Models page.

Pricing

Billing is per token from a prepaid wallet, and every account gets every model. A typical short chat (1,000 tokens in, 500 out) costs:

  • about $0.46 per 1,000 chats on glm-5.3-flash-uncensored
  • about $1.65 per 1,000 chats on glm-5.3-flash-abliterated
  • about $4.80 per 1,000 chats on glm-5.3-abliterated

You can pay as you go from $5 in crypto, with top-up bonuses from +1% on $10 to +16% on $500. Subscriptions are card-only. They add wallet credit and higher rate limits:

Plan Price Credit per period Rate limit
Starter $9.99/week $15 30 requests/min
Pro $19.99/mo $30 60 requests/min
Max 5x $99.99/mo $160 120 requests/min
Max 20x $199.99/mo $340 200 requests/min

Each plan includes more credit than it costs, and credit rolls over. Note that Starter bills weekly, so it works out to about $43 a month. Crypto only tops up the wallet; it can’t start a plan.

Privacy

Unjailed AI scores 40 / 100 on our privacy rubric, which only gives points for documented claims:

Rubric item Unjailed AI Points
Prompt retention Minimal: API and CLI bodies not stored; web chat messages expire after 24 hours 10 / 20
No training on prompts Stated (for its own models) 15 / 15
Technical guarantee (TEE / E2EE) None; relies on policy 0 / 20
Signup None: a password and a generated account hash, no email 8 / 8
Crypto payments Accepted, 300+ coins including Monero 7 / 7
Jurisdiction Not stated 0 / 10
Upstream hosts disclosed No 0 / 10
Independent audit No 0 / 10

The signup and payment options are about as anonymous as it gets: no name, no email, and Monero accepted. Its privacy policy says API and CLI prompt and response bodies aren’t written to its chat-history database, and the uncensored tiers are described as “zero data retention”. Web chat is different: messages expire 24 hours after creation and conversations after 30 days, which is why retention scores 10 rather than 20.

The weak point is accountability. We couldn’t find a named operator or jurisdiction, and Unjailed doesn’t say where its models run.

Access and payment

  • Web chat, an OpenAI-compatible API, and the Unjailed CLI.
  • Uncensored and abliterated models: CLI and API only, not web chat.
  • Signup needs only a password: you get a generated account hash, and no email. Unjailed says it can’t normally recover lost credentials.
  • Card for plans; crypto in 300+ coins for wallet top-ups.

How it compares

  • Same GLM-5.3 abliteration, named company: Abliteration.ai (48) sells abliterated-model-large-v2, a GLM-5.3 abliteration, at $3 / $5 through any OpenAI- or Anthropic-format client, from a Delaware company.
  • Also anonymous, more models: NanoGPT (35) needs no account, takes crypto from $0.10, and lists 139 uncensored models, including GLM 5.3 Flash Uncensored at $0.20 / $0.80.
  • More private on paper: Venice (55) has a stated no-logging policy and names its jurisdiction, with uncensored models from $0.07 / $0.40.

Verdict

Unjailed AI does anonymity well. No-email signup, Monero, and a no-retention claim for API traffic score better than most of the index on those items, and glm-5.3-flash-uncensored is cheap.

The problems are around it. Three of the five don’t say how they were made, the operator is unnamed, and it sells renamed frontier models with no explanation. Fine for experiments; think twice before building on it.
